To order our commemorative merchandise please click on the photos below to select the item(s) you wish to order. DO NOT USE "ADD TO CART" AS STANDARD ONLINE ORDERING IS NOT AVAILABLE!  Please use the form on the CONTACT page to place your order, giving your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, the specifics of the item(s) you wish to order (sizes and colors for shirts, color combinations for hats), and quantities of each.  When selecting your merchandise please read the "Shipping Info" and "Return and Refund Policy" before you place you order.  Once your email is received, an automatic reply will be sent from our "Kemptville200Sales@gmail.com" account.  You should receive another email within a few days showing a list of items you ordered and the total amount owing, including shipping. There is NO TAX. Please review the list of items to ensure the order is correct. Your reply needs to  indicate the method of payment you wish to use (cheque or e-Transfer only!) and your 'ship to' address, if different from the 'mailing address'.

If paying by cheque, please make it payable to "Kemptville Bicentennial Society" and mail  to: Kemptville Bicentennial Society, 3012 Highway 203, East Kemptville, Nova Scotia, B5A 5P5.  Once the cheque has been cleared by the bank and deposited to the KBS account, your merchandise will be shipped via Canada Post.  You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.  A receipt will be included with your order.

If paying by "e-Transfer", you will receive an email from our bank showing the amount owing.  You will be asked to ACCEPT the e-Transfer and to complete the transaction by providing your information.  Once the money appears in the KBS account, your merchandise will be shipped via Canada Post.  You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.  A receipt will be included with your order.  Please do not delay completing the e-Transfer.  If the transaction has not been completed within two weeks of the e-Transfer email being sent to you the transaction and your order will be cancelled!
